We are seeking a Head of Procurement to lead high-value sourcing strategies, contract governance, and procurement transformation in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment.
Your Mission
As Head of Procurement, you will take full ownership of the procurement strategy and operations, ensuring commercial agility, policy compliance, and supply chain resilience. You'll be a trusted partner to the executive team, lead the Procurement Review Committee (PRC), and drive a culture of performance, innovation, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise-wide procurement strategies and supplier partnerships.
Oversee procurement contracts, ensure governance, and support the PRC as secretary.
Benchmark costs and maintain a competitive advantage through data-driven sourcing.
Act as the focal point for procurement transformation and demand planning.
Manage team performance, capability building, and alignment to business objectives.
Support organizational restructuring and resource optimization.
Champion best practices in sustainability, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.
Ideal Profile:
20+ years of senior procurement experience in petrochemical, oil, or gas sectors.
Deep knowledge of sourcing strategy, contract management, and supplier performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MCIPS or CPSM preferred).
Strong leadership, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience navigating complex, high-value procurement in regulated environments.
