VP of Design – Data Centre Division
A global fast expanding data centre arm of a major publicly listed group, backed by one of the region’s largest and most successful organisations. Our customer build and operate hyperscale-standard data centres across the Middle East, Europe and Asia, partnering with top global cloud customers.
We are looking for a VP of Design to lead the design vision and technical delivery of large-scale infrastructure and data centre projects across their entire portfolio.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of design excellence, technical rigour, and delivery - comfortable guiding multidisciplinary teams while engaging directly with clients, consultants, and construction partners.
Role Overview
Lead the overall design strategy across multiple complex infrastructure and data centre projects Provide senior oversight from concept through construction, ensuring quality, buildability, and programme alignment
Coordinate architectural, structural, and infrastructure design across internal teams and external consultants
Act as a key point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders
Drive design efficiency, technical assurance, and value engineering
Support regional growth and market expansion through strong design governance
Experience Required
15+ years' experience within Design
Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure or data centre design leadership
