Talent Development Manager - UAE National (Family Book)

We are partnering with a well-established Oil & Gas operator in the UAE to appoint an experienced Talent & Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimise the organisation’s Training & Talent Development strategy, including oversight of the Training Centre calendar and continuous enhancement of the competency framework.

  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes, including system integration and effective utilisation of Oracle Fusion (HRIS), ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management.

  • Drive succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Talent Management
