Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a high-impact financial leader to drive value across a diversified investment platform with a strong focus on the oil & gas sector. This role is for a CFO who understands capital-intensive industries, complex deal structures, and the realities of operating across upstream, midstream, and downstream investments.

The Mandate:

• Architect and lead the firm’s financial and capital strategy across oil & gas investments and related energy assets

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board on portfolio performance, energy market exposure, and capital deployment

• Drive institutional-grade financial governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks across multiple entities and jurisdictions

• Lead financial due diligence, valuation, and structuring of complex energy transactions (M&A, JVs, project finance)

• Oversee liquidity strategy, capital allocation, and funding optimization for capital-intensive projects

• Play a central role in investor relations, fundraising, and engagement with energy-focused institutional investors

• Manage relationships with lenders, partners, and regulators across the energy ecosystem

• Build and lead a high-performance finance function capable of supporting regional and sectoral expansion

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience within oil & gas, energy investment, private equity, or infrastructure funds

• Track record in project finance, reserve-based lending, or large-scale energy transactions

• Deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and investment structuring within capital-intensive industries

• Strong understanding of commodity markets, pricing dynamics, and sector-specific risks

• Experience managing multi-entity, cross-border investment structures

• Ability to operate at Board and investor level with authority and credibility

• 12–18+ years of progressive experience in high-performance financial environments
