Assembly & Test Leadman Global Company- Multibillion Dollar Project

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives on the shop floor and knows how to bring a team together to deliver results?

Our customer is looking for an Assembly & Test Leadman to lead daily assembly and test operations, drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance, and coach technicians to be their best.

You’ll plan and coordinate work, support complex builds and testing, troubleshoot issues, and act as the technical go-to for your team—while championing Lean, operational excellence, and HSE standards.

Position will be based in Johor, Malaysia

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in assembly & test within a manufacturing environment.

• Based in Malaysia
