Operations Manager - Offshore
Join a leading offshore drilling contractor operating as a Joint Venture with Aramco. They are expanding offshore operations and seeking an experienced Offshore Operations Manager to lead world-class drilling performance with an uncompromising focus on safety and excellence. This is a rare opportunity to play a key leadership role within a high-profile JV at the heart of the energy industry.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and manage all onshore and offshore rig operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, operational performance, and crew well-being.
Translate business strategy into operational goals and measurable.
Performance targets, ensuring full compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Provide strong, visible leadership, developing Rig Managers and teams, managing change effectively, and supporting client, commercial, and emergency response requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma with extensive offshore drilling experience.
10+ years experience as Rig Manager and/or Operations Manager.
Mandatory certifications: HUET, Hâ‚‚S, Dropped Objects, OGUK Medical, Well Control Supervisor.
